212 new flats with a particularly high leisure value are about to be built on an area of approx. 24,000 m² within view of the Aaper Wald. Family-friendly units of easy-to-handle sizes will be constructed, distributed across 23 apartment buildings with up to six floors. The flats with sizes of approx. 44 m² to approx. 120 m² each are equally interesting for singles, couples and families. 20 percent of these flats are publicly subsidised. Another 20 percent are offered price-dampened. This is an outstanding contribution to the residential action concept of the state capital of Düsseldorf, intended to meet the ever-rising demand of affordable residential space in attractive locations.
