With the renaming of Arcadia Stern to Arcadia Park, the quality of the park facilities on the approximately 50,000 m² site in Düsseldorf-Rath is now even more in focus. The business quarter stands for a modern working environment with a special quality of life. Following on from the Prinzenpark and Bürocenter Nord projects, which have already been awarded DGNB Gold, Arcadia Park can now also celebrate two Gold Certificates in the category ‘Sustainably operated office and administration buildings’. These awards are an expression of the Brune Immobilien Gruppe’s consistent commitment to sustainable architecture, environmentally friendly management and the responsibility that stems from the company’s long-standing family tradition. As part of its ESG- strategy, the Brune Immobilien Gruppe continues to pursue the goal of making its entire office property portfolio sustainable. The company is currently working with the ‘Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen’ (DGNB) on the certification of the Take-Off office complex at Düsseldorf Airport and Triangulum in Ratingen-Ost.
