The Brune Immobilien Gruppe announces its new lease to the AmRest Group. In a prime city centre location in Düsseldorf, the new Starbucks Coffee House officially opened on 20th October 2025. The group has leased around 200 m² on the ground floor and ancillary space in the basement of a commercial building at Schadowstraße 84 in 40212 Düsseldorf. The concept of the internationally renowned coffee houses fits perfectly into the growing restaurant cluster on Wehrhahn. With this new lease, the Brune Gruppe is strengthening the attractiveness of the location and continues to focus on sustainable, high-quality tenant structures in Düsseldorf’s prime locations. ‘The tenant simply has to be a good fit for these special locations,’ says Christopher Brune, chairman of the bord of Brune Immobilien Gruppe. The next opening of another well-known international company in a commercial building owned by Brune in a premium location is already scheduled for next month.
