Many successes for Arcadia Park Düsseldorf-Rath

For Arcadia Park, 2025 was marked by leasing successes and strong demand for high-quality office space. We successfully leased approximately 1,500 square metres of office space across three floors. Negotiations for the two remaining units are already at an advanced stage – a promising start to 2026. Another factor contributing to this success is the attractive local infrastructure. The extension of the contract with canteen operator ISS not only ensures that office and commercial tenants are catered for, but also offers residents of the adjacent Arcadia Höfe residential quarter a wide range of dining options and services within walking distance. This positive development is also reflected in the tenant structure: with TEMOT International Autoparts GmbH, TGA-Planer PGH Ingenieure GmbH and an internationally active IT specialist, we welcome three future-oriented companies that have deliberately chosen Düsseldorf-Rath as an attractive location. With these leasing successes and the trust of other strong companies, we can look back with pride on a successful 2025 and start the new year 2026 full of energy and momentum.
