More residential space in Düsseldorf-Rath: Mayor Thomas Geisel, building entrepreneur Andreas Rotterdam and builder Christopher Brune completed the ground-breaking ceremony for the Arcadia Höfe residential quarter today. 212 residential units sized 44 to 120 square metres are about to be built on an area of 2.4 hectares at the Aaper Wald, owned by Brune Real Estate AG & Co. KG. In keeping with the residential action concept of the state capital of Düsseldorf, 20 percent each will be subsidised and price-reduced flats. They will be spread through the quarter randomly,” builder Christopher Brune emphasises in his speech.
