Let us give you some initial basic details before we take off: Property area approx. 40,000 m², total office and effective area approx. 45,000 m². Distributed across four separate buildings with approx. 4,000 to 20,000 m². Some very different area demands can be placed in separate buildings this way. Geothermal energy, as the main energy source, is combined with sustainably planned building technology into pioneering energy and cost efficiency. The generously designed buildings provide space for new perspectives on all levels. Implementation will be possible within 18 months after commencement of construction.

Experience the fascination of architecture

Who would still associate sustainable construction with mud huts? Brightly coloured, transparent architecture with open, bright rooms can be implemented in an ecologically sensible manner today as well. We use skeleton construction with reinforced concrete for its high storage capacity. Geothermal energy becomes the central technology for sustainable energy supply at the Airport Trade Center. Solar energy is optimally added to it, controlled to match the season. Heating and lighting can be adjusted individually by the room. Three-pane windows that can be opened ensure the best room climate for each location.

Greater freedom of movement for your company

Restricted movement is unpleasant on the airplane. Surely, you don't need it in your new corporate headquarters as well. This is why we have planned the Airport Trade Center with generous distances between the individual office buildings, and also provided a central green area with high recreational quality. An ambitious green area plan will create an atmospheric connection with all inner yards and free areas throughout the area. Let your company spread out here.

The Düsseldorf airport borders the Lichtenbroich district to the south. Traffic connections here are truly excellent - not only for frequent fliers. The A44 and A52 motorways provide best cross-regional connections outside of the congestion belt as well. There are enough car parking opportunities right in front of the door.

Those who prefer to use the train or bus will find the same degree of comfort. The nearby rapid transit station and a bus stop in walking distance make it very easy to reach the Düsseldorf main train station and any location in the Ruhr region. An ICE long-distance train station is also located in direct proximity of the object. It ensures highest travel comfort every day with about 350 national and international connections.
