The Arcadia Parc offers diverse development options in a prominent location in the north of Düsseldorf. Walter Brune combined his basic concept of sustainability with a modern and particularly attractive architecture in his already completed building. The innovative heat-insulated ceramic façade design found use in the Daimler-Benz-Centrum at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin already. Here in Düsseldorf, the clear efficiency effect in all energy and ancillary costs is particularly relevant in addition to the visual effect. The Arcadia Parc offers further potential for customised project developments.

Tailor-made for demanding site planners

A first pilot project building has already been implemented on the property of 10 hectares. The office building with approx. 11,000 m² was adjusted to the specific requirements of its future tenant. It is currently used by Japanese semi-conductor manufacturer Renesas Electronic Europe.

A second customised project development is under construction. It will be finished by the end of 2020. The new construction called Arcadia Stern will also be approx. 11,000 m² large and comprise state-of-the-art office areas and an underground car park with about 220 car parking spaces. Similarly high-quality office buildings can be implemented in units of approx. 3,400 m² to approx. 11,300 m².

Creating sustainability, combining work and life

We fully align modern architecture and building technology with sustainability. The heat-insulated ceramic façade, heat and sound insulation with triple glazing, electrical sun blinds and brick linings for glass parapets are only the visible basic aspects of an ecologically future-capable energy concept. Sprawling parks and green facilities in the close proximity bring the natural atmosphere from the adjacent city forest close to the desk. The often-cited work-life balance will be more harmonious.

Flexible structures for breathing companies

The work processes in the company do not follow any specific grids. The change of structures is picking up speed. We are following this trend at the Arcadia Parc not only by very flexibly divisible useful area and individual room plans. Of course, implementation of individual and team offices is just as much a matter for us as open-plan variants or generous conference and meeting zones are. Beyond this, we leave our tenants plenty of space to develop. An optimal solution can be found even if the area demand in their company changes at any point. 

Location – Mobility guaranteed in future as well

Car and train users are equally well connected here in a location with perfect traffic conditions. The A3, A44 and A52 federal motorways are within comfortable reach. The drive to the ICE train station or airport takes only 10 minutes. Our dedicated underground car park provides a sufficient number of parking spaces. The tram, two bus lines and the rapid transit station are within walking distance. Local supply for quick shopping trips is ensured by the adjacent Westfalenstraße. Many alternatives for the property's own staff restaurant can be found nearby at need.
