Modern living space in small house units, an unobstructed view into the green, fresh air to breathe, proximity to nature with many leisure activities and direct access to the city center – these are the features of the new Arcadia Höfe residential quarter in Düsseldorf-Rath. All apartments can be reached barrier-free and are equipped with modern elevators. The park surrounding the quarter is created close to nature and carries the fresh greenery of the neighboring city forest right to the tenants’ doorstep. The whole quarter is almost car-free and offers people of all generations sufficient opportunities for individual development. In addition to the apartments, the buildings, which are up to six stories high, will also house social institutions. In April, the “Bullerbü” day care center will open in the Arcadia Höfe. 50% of the modern residential units have already been rented.
