The Arcadia Höfe in the Düsseldorf-Rath district near Aaper Wald are fully let. Since the beginning of the week, a day care center for senior citizens, an assisted living group for respiratory patients and a family café have completed the social infrastructure in the nature-oriented neighbourhood park. In addition to a child day care center with 3 groups, which opened in June 2021, and the recreation zones around the central biotope, new places have been established that connect generations and further enhance coexistence in the traffic-calmed residential complex. Demand for social housing concepts in Düsseldorf is high. By fall 2021, leases had been signed for 95% of the 212 residential units in the 23 multi-story buildings. On February 9, 2022, the last two apartments were handed over to tenants. All units can be accessed conveniently and barrier-free with modern elevators. Each of the contemporarily designed apartments has a balcony or terrace – the penthouse apartments have roof terraces. Most of the units have floor-to-ceiling glazing so that the living space, balcony, terrace and view merge into a relaxed living experience. The 1 to 4 room apartments score with optimal floor plans and proven detail solutions. With a highly efficient combined heat and power plant, the living comfort is also technically up to date everywhere. The underground car park and parking zones in front of the buildings provide sufficient parking space for cars and bicycles. Filling stations for electric vehicles are in preparation.
