The Brune Real Estate Group is once again making an essential contribution to the social infrastructure in Düsseldorf-Rath. The “Bullerbü” daycare center in the “Arcadia-Höfe” residential quarter now provides early childhood education and care for 56 children. The nationwide operating and Christian-based company EJF (Protestant Youth and Welfare Organization) from Berlin is carrier of the institution. “The great partnership with the owner Brune Group in Rath forms the basis for a successful educational work in the facility, which is just about to start,” Andreas Schulz, who heads the child day care department at the EJF, is pleased to say. “In the upcoming year, day care for respiratory patients, an assisted living community for senior citizens and a family café will further enhance the social infrastructure and community in the Arcadia Höfe,” says Christopher Brune, head of the Management Board of Brune Real Estate Management AG. “In Düsseldorf neighborhoods, it is essential to continue to create attractive and livable residential quarters with sustainable infrastructures and to ensure social stability. As a private investor, we have already made some contributions to this end and created a basis for improved development in Rath. We now receive plenty of rental inquiries every day and observe that residents’ opinions of the district have changed positively, particularly as a result of the recent changes.”
