In spring 2023, the Brune Immobilien Gruppe, headquartered in Düsseldorf, will lease the store previously used by the outdoor specialist Globetrotter in the Königsallee 88 commercial building to the fashion company Marc O`Polo. Marc O`Polo secured a total area of about 1,000 square metres for the opening of its new store. The fashion company based in Stephanskirchen, which specializes in upscale, contemporary premium modern casual wear, will then move within Düsseldorf from Breidenbacher Hof to Königsallee. Marc O`Polo looks back on a long history: founded in 1967 in Stockholm as a small company, Marc O`Polo is now based in Germany and represented in more than 30 countries. Worldwide, the fashion company employs almost 2,000 people from over 40 nations. Christopher Brune, CEO of the Brune Gruppe, sees a special responsibility towards his hometown Düsseldorf: “We took our time and waited for the right tenant. Our concern was to enhance the southern KÖ and to meet our own standards regarding the quality of the tenant. We are very pleased to have won Marc O`Polo as a tenant. The concept is an excellent fit for our property.”
