Following the official award of the DGNB Gold certificate for buildings in operation for the Prinzenpark in August 2023, the Bürocenter Nord was also awarded the coveted certificate in the “Sustainably operated office and administration buildings” category on 8 November 2024. Even though the Brune Gruppe team is delighted with the successful certification of its company headquarters, the company does not consider its work to be done yet. The general aim is to make the entire office real estate portfolio sustainable. The Project Manager of Brune Real Estate Management AG and new ESG-Manager, Oskar Zobel, is currently working together with the ‘Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen’ (DGNB) on the certification of the Arcadia Stern in Düsseldorf-Rath and the Take-Off at Düsseldorf Airport. The Brune Immobilien Gruppe would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our colleague on being awarded ESG-Manager status by the DGNB. All commercial tenants now have a qualified, direct contact person on the subject of sustainability.
