The state of the art office areas with a total of approx. 30,000 m² are skilfully distributed through the Bürocenter Nord on six individual buildings with four to twelve upper floors. The different façade heights and alignments of the buildings make for a vibrant and diverse overall appearance. Only about one third of the overall area of 1,5 hectares is built on. The greatest part are parking spaces, traffic and free areas that are placed and designed to optimise use.

Location – Connections are in demand

The prominent location in the northern district of Düsseldorf-Rath offers many benefits even at a closer scrutiny. Its connection to local public transport is particularly comfortable and diverse, thanks to the nearby rapid transit station and stops of several tram lines. It's only about three minutes by car to the A3, A44 and A52 motorways. The inner city and the airport can be reached in 10 minutes.
