Head of DGNB Certification ceremoniously presents the DGNB Gold Certificate to Christopher Brune, Chairman of the Board of Brune Real Estate Management AG. In cooperation with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), Prinzenpark was awarded the Gold Certificate in the category “Sustainably Operated Office and Administration Buildings”, making it Düsseldorf’s largest office quarter with this status. The DGNB Gold certificate for buildings in operation certifies independently audited and guaranteed quality for owners and occupants and is the best proof that a wide range of sustainability aspects have been taken into account in planning and implementation. The formal certificate award ceremony took place on Aug. 21, 2023, in front of the central, fully glazed semicircular building at Prinzenallee 11-13. Present were Ralf Pimiskern, DGNB Certification Department Manager, who ceremoniously presented the certificate, Christopher Brune, CEO of the Brune Immobilien Group, the Managing Director of Brune Immobilien GmbH, Victor Alexander Rink, Oskar Zobel, Project Manager at Brune Real Estate Management AG, the Marketing Manager of Brune Real Estate Management AG, Daniela Heidenheim, and the Head of Facility Management at Brune Immobilien GmbH, Robert Grunow. The Brune Immobilien Group is currently working on the certification of further commercial properties in its portfolio. In process are the Bürocenter Nord and the Arcadia Parc in Rath as well as the Take-Off at Düsseldorf Airport.
