Prinzenpark Düsseldorf

Best Balanced Business

Success stories at the Vodafone Campus

Vodafone's choice of location doubles as a seal of quality for the Prinzenpark. After all, all companies profit from many factors of success in this excellent location as neighbours of the new Vodafone Campus. The rare balance between optimal accessibility in Düsseldorf left of the River Rhine, the relaxed and focused calm inside the park and the modern office area design offer unforeseen development opportunities and exciting synergies for many industries.

The Prinzenpark is a successful example of how human needs can be optimally reconciled with the requirements of a modern business world. As an architect and urban planner, Walter Brune successfully merged all the decisive human, functional and ecological aspects here. His integrated approach warrants high identification of the users with their direct working environments to form the optimal basis for motivated creative work.

Modern design and elegant graduation

An elongated new building with elegant offsets ends the facility at the western fringe of the Prinzenpark. Its offset alignment and different heights give the slim office building an elegant and diverse look. The well-proportioned rhythm of glass and stone elements adds a pioneering architectural note to the Prinzenpark ensemble. This new office building integrates the attractive park atmosphere with its generously sized green areas and open lines of sight as well.

Work with a green view – for motivation

The central principle that characterised all plans for the Prinzenpark was that the park was to live up to its name. Everyone was to be able to see nature or water from their workplaces. Walter Brune consistently implemented this idea with four generous inner yards, designed by a gardener, and a central fountain square. Sculptures, benches and attractive zones to linger make lunch break in the continually groomed green facilities a special experience, in particular in summer. The diverse offering of the object's own shopping mall Prinzenpark Arkade at the Hansaallee rounds off the integrated site concept.

Office areas – diversity comes to life

The Prinzenpark permits elegant and efficient implementation of any concept, no matter if you need individual offices for focused work, group offices for communicative teams, or open plan solutions for multifunctional working worlds. Our experienced project and planning team will compile an individual demand analysis based on your requirements profile. Customised room planning leads to particularly efficient implementation of all individual requirements. A flexibly adjustable room division system, high-quality equipment and a cost-efficient energy concept throughout the Prinzenpark form the optimal framework conditions.

Location: Advanced site benefits

Its excellent location in the part of Düsseldorf left of the River Rhine has made the Prinzenpark an outstanding business address for companies of any size. It is the home to a vibrant cross-section from all areas of economy, from individual medical practices to leading telecommunication groups.

It can be reached equally comfortably and quickly by car, bus or train. Barely 15 minutes by car from the airport and the inner city, reliable infrastructure quickly becomes a matter of course. Three regular underground lines stop at the station right outside the park for direct connections to the inner city, the main train station, the university, Meerbusch and Krefeld. Many outdoor parking spaces for cars and a dedicated underground car park solve any parking issues.

All-round supply for all situations in life

As a site of short paths, the Prinzenpark facilitates modern corporate and mobility concepts. The ideally designed mix of office and practice areas, stores and flats in an environment that has grown together in urban style culminates in a nearly autonomous supply situation.

Tenants will find a rich offer for a relaxed lunch break all around the Prinzenpark. Daily needs are covered as well: a pharmacy, a bakery, a vegetable shop, a hairdresser, personal training, a day care centre and the medical centre cover all needs nearby. The adjacent quarter of Oberkassel, barely three minutes away by tram, forms an ideal supplement with its legendary charisma and another varied selection of sites for shopping or to go out.
