At the end of October, telecommunication provider 1&1 Versatel moved into the building as a new major tenant. “Two thirds of the TAKE-OFF are already let,” says Christopher Brune, director of Brune Real Estate AG & Co. KG. “We strive for full tenancy by spring 2020. Negotiations to this end have already progressed far.”
