Form, function, fiction – an inspiring triangular relationship

The Triangulum has been established as an architectural landmark since before it was first taken into operation. The compact, rounded shape of the five-floor building invigorates the property while preserving resources. Plenty of space remains for generous, park-like outdoor facilities. The façade transfers the distinctive basic shape with contrasting colours and elegant proportions into a futuristically appearing synthesis of the arts. A look from the outside will inspire curiosity about the unusual atmosphere inside.

Vibrant diversity in the triangle

The building harmoniously integrates into its environment with a clear northwards alignment. On the property of approx. 10,000 m², the futurist building is presented with great dynamics and a distinctive look. The casino on the ground floor interrupts the triangular basic shape towards the park. The triangle appears to be a characteristic design element in many details. Some parts are rounded and equilateral, like the inner yard, while others, like the tree islands, use living angle sizes. The visual experience is unique on a small scale as well.

Office areas – function and futurist in one

 The rounded basic shape and curved façade characterise the truly unusual spatial feeling inside. The floor plans permit surprisingly diverse and efficient spatial planning. The main tenant had high demands to function and flexibility of the office areas, which could be implemented very elegantly in the Triangulum. Quiet rooms, concentration labs, inspiration units, coworking space, lounge area and the Café Ray have already been implemented.

Inspiration is in the air. It's as simple as that.

Open curiosity will find its due reward inside. Great glass surfaces and the white basic colour make the inner rooms shine brightly. Innovative materials and a precisely coordinated room division ensure highlights for the very best effect. The atmosphere inspires further innovation. A demanding, purist aesthetic can rarely offer a look that seems both elegantly aloof and approachably familiar at the same time. Location – Connected to everywhere

As an established office site, Ratingen-Ost offers excellent, reliable traffic connections. The A3 and A44 motorways can be reached in the blink of an eye. The Düsseldorf airport is just a stone's throw away. Parking place issues are avoided by a total of 322 parking spaces.

Local public transport is looking just as good. Bus and tram stops, as well as the rapid transit station Ratingen-Ost with the S6 are available within walking distance. Trains leave for Düsseldorf, Cologne and Essen from there at 20-minute intervals. It only takes about 16 minutes to reach the Düsseldorf main train station.

Future vision – to be continued

A second building phase can expand the Triangulum with an independently accessed object at the Oststraße. Connected to the main building by a bridge, the appendix would offer approx. 2,300 m² worth of office space on two floors. The flowing, elongated shape makes the main building appear more dynamic and develops it into a special architectural icon. This area reserve for the future is characterised by high flexibility and a basic concept that can be used for different systems, to cater to any specific operational need of our future tenants.
