The Oberfinanzdirektion of North Rhine-Westphalia has entered into a long-term lease with Brune Real Estate AG & Co. KG. It plans to move into another free-standing building of the Bürocenter Nord on 01 November 2018. Brune Immobilien Gruppe will adjust office areas of approx. 5,500 square metres in Oberrather Straße 4 to the special demands of the tax office in the next few months. Bürocenter Nord was the first office centre built by architect Walter Brune. His group of companies is headquartered there. By building the Bürocenter Nord, the architect established an autonomous business district at the North-eastern fringes of town in the 1980s. The overall complex has been continually maintained and developed further by Brune Immobilien Gruppe since it was built.
